What currency is your website in?
Our prices and shipping costs are shown in US dollars. 

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Our lead time varies depending on the product, so please check in individual product description pages for information about estimated ship times.

We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. Canadian and UK orders will be shipped to the individual countries using international shippers and then transferred to domestic carriers (ie. Canada Post).

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days. 

What countries do you ship to?

All of our products ship to the 48 contiguous US states. Some of our products are not available for shipping internationally and will be noted in the product description. Items that are available for international shipping can be shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet! This is something we hope to implement very soon. 

The order tracking says my items have arrived, but I have not received them, I think it may have been stolen. 

La Belle Vie Home does not cover instances of theft.
 
When tracking numbers say the package has been delivered, we assume it to be true. Unfortunately, in the case of theft, we are not able to cover it. We apologize if theft was what happened and sincerely hope that the package turns up. 

Can you express ship my order?

At this time, we are unable to provide expedited shipping on orders. 

Do you have a physical location where I can pick up or return my items?

No, at this time we are an online retailer only. 

Where do your products ship from?

We currently work with partners in the US, Canada, China and occasionally Europe. Over 50% of our items ship directly from the USA. 

Items that ship from the US will indicate so in the product description. Items that are imported will indicate so. 

Help! I can't seem to track my order using your website. 
 If you are having difficulty tracking your item with our website tracking system please email our customer service at info@labelleviehome.com and we will look into the status of the order for you and respond via email.
